Responsibility
职责：
The role will to be provide support to internal users in Great China, Asia Pacific and Europe. The primary role is to support calls coming in from Great China, Asia Pacific and Europe. And provide first level of PC hardware support and maintenance.
这职位将为大中国区，亚太区和欧洲的内部用户提供电脑支持。基本工作内容是接听大中国区，亚太区和欧洲内部客户的电话咨询，并提供电脑相关的硬件和维护服务。


Requirement
要求：
MS office 2003 and Windows 2000/XP. PC hardware. Fluent Japanese+basic English, Ability to provide quality customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Must have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
熟悉 MS office 2003 和Windows 2000/XP, PC 硬件。流利的日语和基本的英语沟通能力。能为客户提供良好的服务并建立良好的合作关系。有良好的沟通能力并乐意在团队中工作。
应届生或1-2年工作经验的均可。
