仕事内容：
Filing patent applications, reporting and answering Office Actions, handling reexaminations and providing opinions on infringement, correspondence with international clients in English and, if possible, in Japanese or German; taking part in the management and development of the office.
负责电学类涉外专利申请、OA的转达答复、复审无效以及提供侵权意见；与国外客户使用英语、或者用日语或�ｺ语等交流；参与事务所管理和发展；

応募資格：
Mechanical, electromechanical, electrics, chemical or related major is required; a background in electrical engineering is preferred;1. 机械、机电、电学、化学工程或相关专业，电子工程背景优选。
No less than three years of working experience as patent attorney on IP is required; working experience in free practice is preferred; having additional experience with trademark matters is more preferred;
至少三年知识产权代理及相关工作经验；具有独当一面的经验优先；具有商标实务经验优先
Capable of precisely reading and translating technical documents in English is required; fluent oral English is more preferred; additional knowledge of the Japanese or German language is more preferred
能精读和精确翻译英语或日语技术文件；能够熟练进行英语口语交流者优先；会日语或�ｺ语者更优先；
