仕事内容：
To participate in the Project for operation centralization/as the operation representative.
To lead a team and be responsible for the design, analyze the Operation centralization work flow.
To define the user needs for system development relating operation centralization.
To communicate effectively with the relevant stakeholders and peers to identify needs.
To develop the project plan and constantly to monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
To track project deliverable and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
To implement and manage the changes and interventions properly to achieve project outputs.To promote and to monitor the smooth implementation of Operation centralization in hub branch.

応募資格：
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
5+ years of relevant experience in managing one or multiple operation areas in a big or middle sized bank.
5+years of the experience working in a consulting company, familiar with the bank operations and regulatory requirement.
It is much preferred to have the experience in participation in the Operation Centralization Project or working as an operation manager in the middle/large sized bank where the operation is centralized.
Good communication ability and reporting/presentation skills
Creative, inovative, stress tolerating
Pursue of excellence personally and challenge others to develop for better output
Possess the expert knowledge relating Operations to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change, preferrably in the area of Loan Operations and International Settlement
