職種：Assistant to VP Marketing

主な業務内容：
- Gather and exchange trading interests with interbank clients and including Hedge Funds;
- Primarily responsible for managing relationships with Non-Japanese and Japanese counterparties;
- Act as "Trading Credit Manager" finding ways to reduce credit exposure;
- Execute trades with Interbank clients;
- Maintain customer relations;
- Explore new counterparties and business opportunities;

条件：
- Technical knowledge of interest rate swaps, options and the fixed income market is preferable, but not mandatory, as training will be provided;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to perform at a high level while under extreme pressure;
- Aggressive and able to make quick decision;
- Speak Fluent English and Japanese.
