3.2 year+ experience on embedded software project management.
4.Fluent in Japanese and English, excellent communication & coordination skill.

仕事内容：

1.Lead a medium scale team of engineers to development embedded software for Sony products.
2.Take charge of all project management issues in embedded software development to guarantee schedule and output quality.
3.Act as counter person in CSC, to communicate with customers for contract & resource discussion, requirement clarification, progress report, etc.
4.Be responsible for people management including recruitment, team construction, engineer development and performance evaluation in collaboration with HR.
