仕事内容：
Project research execution
Secondary research - conduct secondary research of external resources and extract useful information for the team
Field research - conduct primary interviews including telephone and face-to-face interviews to collect required market information. Use your judgment to determine the accuracy of information obtained
Interview summary - write interview summary in a logical manner to summarize market information of completed interviews on a weekly basis
Research methodology - assist in guiding subs/Research Analysts on research methodology to achieve satisfactory research results efficiently
Report writing
Develop report draft based on agreed report template
Review and correct the translated portion (from local language to English) of the report to ensure consistency of the meaning)
People Management
1)Fill in time sheets daily and control personal allocated project man-days so as to avoid project overrun
Business Development
Support proposal development

応募資格：
1.流利的英语沟通能力，与内部项目团队和客户沟通
2.必须有进行电话和面对面采访以收集市场信息的经验。
3.良好的PowerPoint和Excel技能。熟悉统计软件和技术优先考虑
4.熟悉初级研究方法、工具和技术
5.在团队环境中管理、指导和激励的能力
6.能够同时处理多个项目和任务，能经常在紧凑的时间和短的周期内完成项目
7.大学本科学历；理想的是攻读、生物制药、生物科学或同等技术或商业领域（商业和管理、经济学等）
